Thank you.  One more question.  If 2 people are posting payments at the same time and each of you, by chance, happen to be posting a payment to the same client at the same time, will this cause an issue? 

I would try to avoid that.

I can't say I have ever tested it. But there is an ever so slim chance that two users are posting on the same account and Timeslips could get confused as to the application of the payment against existing open invoices.

O.K.  So I understand this to mean that as long as the 2 individuals are not posting payments to the same client, they can both safely post payments at the same time.  Correct?

That should be fine. Similar to more than one person entering slips at once.
