You can create a flat fee time entry and bill that, just like you would an hourly entry. On the time entry screen just change the type from hourly to flat. Would that work? 

no, I need both a flat fee rate and the hourly rates to show up on the same bill at the same time.  When you change the hourly rate to "flat" nothing shows up to the right of the screen---only at the bottom where the TK summary is and our attorneys do not allow that to be seen by the clients in most cases.  I haven't found a way for the hourly rate to appear when I also need the times of 0.10 etc. to appear on the same billing.  I can alter the template to get a flat fee only bill to have the flat rate show up to the right of the billing, but now when I need both flat rate and hourly times to show up.

Works for me, so need to see why it might not work for you.

Are you changing the bottom of the slip? As below:

This is the format the Attorneys want to see the bills as.  I can't get the flat fee to show up.  I can if I use the template you used, but not this one.   I should have specified that, sorry.

Right, that layout supresses the Amount of the fee on the right, and only shows it in the subtotal. So BOTH slips obey that and do not show it. The hourly one is showing the amount of billable time, not the fee amount.

So if you want the $5,000, then you need to show the amount for the hourly slip as well.

Hello!  We are currently using Timslips Premium.  Is there a way to add a QR Code to our invoices for an easier payment option?  Thank you in advance for your information.

If you create the QR code, you can put the image in your bill layout.

We use LawPay to process our cc payments and they provide us with a QR code that links to our LawPay account.  We LOVE LawPay and it links with Timeslips wonderfully!  You can also add the LawPay website button to your firm's web page and add the link in your Timeslips generated cover letters.  I highly recommend using them!
