Timeslips does have an audit log, however, it Hass to be turned on and set up for what is this tracking. So the answer depends on what is set up in your system.

Where to turn on audit logs and see the reports varies a little by version but in Timeslips Premium you would go to Setup > Security > Audit trails to set up the tables you want monitored. Some items are automatically turned on in Timeslips Premium.When you activate the audit trails there will be some reporting information on work previously done so activating now may be helpful. 

Reports of audit trail activity can be found in Reports > Other > Audit Trails.
