Data Verification

My question to everyone is, do you run Data Verification on a regular basis (monthly, quarterly) and do you allow it to correct all errors found, including in Accounts Receivable? I ran the Data Verification today and it said there were many accounts that needed rebuilt. Should I do that? Thank you.

I am a billing clerk with a law firm---I only run it when I have an issue and I always let it rebuild.  Not sure if I should do it more often, but that is what I do.  Our Accountant lets me know if something isn't balancing or I might see some wonky neg. balance or something like that and that's when I run it.  But I ALWAYS let it  rebuild.
