It's has been my experience, that if you have any WOFFs or closed any matters that these will effect the collection reports. I didn't even think of that at the time.
So for an example if I closed a case last month then some reports will remove it from the January numbers?
Yes, that is what I was seeing. There may be more to it than how I explained it, so someone else may want to give add'l info to Taryn. You can probably crunch the numbers to see if that is where you are off.
