Sage Timeslips 2018 - Connection rejected by remote interface EIBNativeException 335544421

SUGGESTED

I'm having an issue with Timeslips 2018.  The Firebird server is installed on the same desktop as Timeslips 2018. Typical scenario where "it was working fine yesterday".  Error happens when opening a database.  I select my "MAIN.FDB" database and the error pops up:

The Firebird service, FirebirdServerSageTimeslips, ("C:\Program Files (x86)\Timeslips Firebird Server\bin\fb_inet_server.exe" -s SageTimeslips) is running (automatic).

Firewall ports within Defender, 4000 (TCP) and 3050 (TCP), are open - not that I think it needs it for the same machine where Timeslips and Firebird are installed.  Set that up as a troubleshooting effort.

When searching through the forum I've come across many references to TSAdmin and "running diagnostics on the server".  I searched within the \bin folder and don't see any sort of executable that looks like a management console or interface.

MAIN.FDB is located at C:\ProgramData\Sage\Timeslips\Databases

Firebird is located at C:\Program Files (x86)\Timeslips Firebird Server

The database does grant full access to SYSTEM (user account)

The problem also occurs when trying to open "Explore the sample database" and "Create a new database"

All of the controls along the top of the file menu are inaccessible.  I literally can't do anything in Sage Timeslips except to restore, open, review product training videos, or exit.

It really feels like I'm missing some sort of management interface.

Any ideas on where next to look?

Thank you.
