Timeslips is taking too long to process any task.

Timeslips is taking too long to process any task. Saving a new slip takes up to 6 seconds. Is there a trick to speed it up?

    Can you provide more information like what version of Timeslips? Is your computer connected to the network wired or wireless? Have anti-virus exclusions been put in place for Timeslips on server and workstation? Did this just start happening? Is it only on your computer or is it everyone?

    We are using Timeslips Premium Pro, 10 licenses, network wired. The software has been slow since the installation last year for every user. All users have complained. There must be some way to adjust the processing time.  I am the administrator, so I review and edit all timeslips prior to billing. It has become tedious to wait for every slip to update.

    Sorry you are having these issues. We use Premium Elite, 3 licenses, network wired and every action in Timeslips takes forever to complete. This started happening to us 12-16 months ago. It is really a shame that the software engineers at Timeslips have not taken its clients' complaints to heart and fixed all of the issues we experience (i.e., slow processing time, unable to e-mail invoices because of the bit issue). We pay so much for this software yet get no support or fixes to the many issues.
