As of 9:32AM EDT, the eCenter functionality has been restored at Sage. If you're still experiencing difficulties, please reach out directly to [email protected] for further assistance or to report ongoing issues.

That is a situation that can occur when you have the program set to test eCenter when it opens.
You can rename your preferences file, and doing so it will go back to default settings and not do that test allowing the program to open normally.
