Printing Bills

SUGGESTED

Why when we preview a bill in Timeslips premium that looks good to go,  the format changes when sent to the printer?  Lines move and go through numbers, itmes move on the pages?

Are you printing from the display?  Try clicking Done to the Display and then changing the output to go directly to the printer (no display in the middle). Does that get you what you want?

Thank you for that information. We will give that a try.

We are starting to look for alternatives to TS, we cant resolve the latency issues in entering timeslips and we still don't have a resolution after 5 months.  I used timeslips for many years, Switched to an integrated product at Thomson Reuters for 20 + years and came back and we are not happy. We have clients that use it have huge data bases 10 plus users and have no issues,

, I hear you.  And latency is very frustrating when you have it. But  in my experience, it is almost never a setting within Timeslips and almost always a setting outside of Timeslips that is the 'cause.' It can also take a long time to chase down.

This is somewhat borne out in your own observation that other Timeslips users do not have it. I have found it to be rare, but not non-existent. So I am not trying to deny your experience, but only speed up the resolution.
