Restore Reports from One Database to Another

Question

A user deleted two reports by accident. I created a new database named 'Restore' and restored the current database to it. I then went in and printed out the reports that the user needed (deleted). 
 How can I import the two deleted reports from the restore database into the current database? Right now they are only recovered in PDF format.

Hello, WORKS2019 and welcome to the Timeslips online community. 
 I am a bit confused as to whether you need the report or the content/data that the report pulls out of Timeslips for you. Both would have been in the backup. 
 First off, kudos on the restore to a new database. Nice work. 
 You can: 
 1) Find the missing reports in the Restore database and RIGHT-click on the name of the report. That will give you a menu where you can choose to Export the report. 
 
 Name and save the report wherever you like, but note well what you named it, and where you put it. It should have a RDF extension. 
 2) Go back to your original database where the report was deleted. Go to the tab you want the report to be put on, and RIGHT-click again anywhere over the names of the reports to get that same menu shown above, but this time choose to Import from file. You will get a chance to browse to where you put the file in Step 1 above. Select it and click Open to get it back and then SAVE the report by clicking on the blue diskette icon on the button bar. 
 
 You will get an opportunity to put it on a particular tab/group of reports and give it a name. Names must be unique - i.e., no reports can share the exact same name across all tabs. 
 
 Your report should now be available in the original database, but the CONTENT of the report will depend on what data is in the current database. 
 If instead, you meant that the content of the report is not available in the current database, but is in the restored copy, then that is a completely different thing.
