Error Message when exporting to Excel

Hi,

We are currently running Sage Timeslips 2018.  When i try to export certain reports such as "Client Monthly Billing" report to MS excel i receive the following message however neither of those boxes are checked:

    Hi  , welcome to the Community.

    Your question is a bit difficult because there is no standard report called Client Monthly Billing that I could find in my copy of Timeslips, so unfortunately I am unable to further advise.

    It sounds like this is a custom built report, which is fine, but then I'd have to remote desktop in and take a look to be able to try and get around this.  But that would be a billable event for me.

    I just tested in 2018 myself, and I am able to export the report to Excel as long as I remove both of these options.  These options are present in reports that include the "...by Period" naming in their original title.

    Timeslips 2018 is no longer eligible for direct support from Sage, so you would need to engage with a consultant such as Nancy, who has responded previously in this forum, for support as needed.

    This same limitation is included in current versions of the Timeslips Premium software, as well.

    thanks for your response. im still having no luck, even with those options unchecked... anything else i can try?  thanks in advance
