Report formatting to analyze realization

The report "User History by Period" seems to reflect the total slip values "Billable Fees" (hours x user charge rate on slips actually billed during specific period) and actual charges billed "Actual Fees" (actual amount billed for specific slips for user hours during the period) for specified period.  Realization can be calculated from Actual Fees % Billable Fees.

Is there a similar report that can be run that will show the underlying data related to the specific clients billed during the same period?  It would be helpful to see how the Actual Fees and the Billable Fees are broken down between the specific clients for specific users.

    Hi

You can get Client History by Period, but not then further broken down by User.

Let's back up a bit. What to you want to know? Sometimes another report will give you what you want.  The only difference between Billable Fees at their hourly values and Actual Fees billed should be adjustments at the invoice level such as: non-hourly bills such as flat fees/contingencies, or markups/markdowns. Such adjustments to the values of the Billable Slips are usually not User specific. So if you are an hourly billing firm, those two numbers should pretty much match.

If you can articulate what sort of value you are looking for (and how you might calculate it manually), we can try and suggest another way of getting the number for you.
