The TSReg.fdb is not your database, it is a file that Timeslips uses for its own purposes. You should not be able to open it.

the windows defender removed the file.  the IT company should have discovered that first.  nancy did a series of tests and requests and we fixed it.  she was amazing.  I highly recommend here.
