I thought I once knew this but I cannot for the life of me remember. A client is getting a line item for "Unassigned" in the Timekeeper Collections by Period. Does anyone know where this comes from? I wish I could remember!!!
I believe it is related to flat fees with no time entries or with flat fees not yet completed and allocated.
Thank you Caren but there were no flat fees ever submitted. I found one in my DB but it was for a manually created invoice and client does not manually create any invoices. I thought I once knew what this was ... I'll have to figure out and write it down!
