I am unfamiliar with an "anticipated time" slip. Can you provide further detail/example.

Are you entering a Flat Fee slip with no time spent? Or are you using the Client Fee Arrangement - Absolute Flat Fee?

It would be extremely rare for Timeslips to add time where none is entered. Is it happening across multiple clients?

Just tested it on my copy and it adds the .02 as well, and also shows the .02 in Day View.

Sounds like you found a buglet.

They will look into the unexpected 0.02-hour entry showing in the week view for flat fee slips without time entries.
