Entering time problem

Question

When we go to enter in time the buttons on the righthand side where you can add, save, duplicate etc are gone. This has never happened before. What can we do to get these buttons back. we have 2007 sage timslips

you need to restore all windows to default size and position. 
 In Timeslips, click on Window, Close all except navigator or press CTRL+W 
 Click Setup, Preferences 
 Click Interface 
 Select Restore All Windows to Default Size and Positions Click Here 
 When prompted, “Do you want to set all windows and dialog boxes back to their original sizes and positions?”, select Yes
