billing assistant

I am unable to use the billing assistant In timeslips 12 or 13. When I try to run the bills the app crashes with an error message that says "address violation error". I have spent hours with tech support but they can find nothing wrong. I now suspect it may be a program conflict. Is there a list of known conflicts with other programs available?

    What has tech support tried.  Sounds like either a spot of data corruption or issues with temp files, but hard to say.
