My firm has created a letterhead, including a header and a footer, which I've imported into our Bill Layouts for Timeslips. When mass-printing to PDF files, though, the footer part of the letterhead is missing. This doesn't happen if I print to a printer, or even to a third-party PDF printer like Cute PDF Writer. Of course, using the latter creates one big PDF file which I would have to separate manually into individual bills.

I would really like to be able to just run all our bills in one pass and be done. Anyone know what might be causing the problem?
