Sage Timeslips 2012 error in index file

SOLVED

Hello. When I go into billing assistant I get an error message that says error message in an index file.  I have tried rebooting the entire system several times but to no avail.  Any suggestions?

Make a backup - do NOT overwrite prior backup. Working with the database local - ie on the server or copied to a local workstation - run data verification with only rebuild indexes checked. If it says that errors are found and fixed then you can move the database back to original location and begin working. If errors exist you should work with technical support or a certified consultant to review and fix.
