Could you clarify something first?  

Do you mean Timeslips 10 (which would be very old) or Timeslips 2010 (which would be more recent)?  Lots of things changed with re: to the layouts between those two versions in the way you would do what you are asking.

From the topmost menus: Bills, Bill and Statement Layouts.  

Highlight the layout you want to transfer.  Click the EXPORT button on the right hand button bar.  Name and save the file to a location where you will know where it is.  It will automatically add the TSL extension to the filename. Transfer that file to the other physical location.

Open Timeslips at the second location, again: Bills, Bill and Statement Layouts, but now, click the IMPORT button on the right hand toolbar and point to the transferred TSL file.
