Slip entry format changed

Suddenly the slip entry format order has changed from Timekeeper, then Client, then Task, then Reference to Timekeeper, Task, Client, Reference.  How did this happen and how do I return it to having the Client input directly under the Timekeeper?

    In Timeslips 2010, that setting is database wide and is found under Setup, General, Other Tab, Slip Entry Field Placement.  You can choose from Client/Task or Task/Client.
