When trying to create a rule for Automatic Rate Selection within Client Information >> Rates, the rules always show up as "Hourly" even when the source is a Task that is "Flat Fee"

How can I ensure that the Automatic Rate Selection Rules acknowledge that these tasks are Flat Fee?
