Hello,

We purchased TimeSlips 2014 a few months ago and so far it has been running ok. We recently has to reinstall the operating system (W7x64) on a laptop and went to go reinstall TimeSlips 2014 but the install crashes with the following error:

"procedure editor has stopped working" and Application Error: Exception EAccesViolation in module ProcEdit.exe at 000F7284. Access Violation at address 004F7284 in module 'procedit.exe'. read of address 00000004.

I have tried the following:

-Uninstalling/Installing again
-Disabling UAC
-Installing from Domain Administrator account.

I was told by Sage Support, that my company did not have any active support agreement. We are working on purchasing one, but was hoping there maybe an easy fix for this.
