You are going to need minor data repair on your general settings table and I would also recommend that you download and apply the service release (SR) for Timeslips 2011.  If you have a support plan with Sage, they can help, otherwise reach out to the professional Timeslips consultants that frequent this forum and they can assist.

I can certainly download and apply the service release (SR) from Timeslips 2011; however, I do not have a support plan that I am aware of so I suppose I will need to reach out to consultants in this forum????

Also, do you know where I can find the service release from Timeslips 2011 to download?  All I can seem to find is 2012 through 2014.

You will need a consultant to help fix the error and they can provide you with the service release.

Okay, thanks.  Can you tell me how to find a consultant who can help me?  I thought that's what I was here for..?? Sorry, but I am at a loss and more than frustrated.  Apparently if you don't upgrade Sage doesn't care to provide you technical support on their product.
