Yeah, you're going to have to get that repaired via Data Repair.  Sage does it, and most of the Certified Consultants can do it.  Your choice.

Varies by consultant. Most of us work on hourly basis. If it is just the one issue probably around a half an hour. However sometimes you clear one error and others become visible.

Sage Timeslips data services will repair and convert the database, wherever possible, for a charge of $250.00 for those that do not have an active support plan.
