Trouble Exporting a Bill in LEDES 1998 format

i currently use the 2009 version of Timeslips, so i am not able to get proper technical support.

in the past, i have successfully exported a bill in ledes 1998 format. however, this time around, i am having trouble and getting an error message saying there is no client to support my criteria.

anyone familiar with this message/can help me with the formatting?

    Can you give us more specific information?  At what point are you getting that error?  Has the client been checked off as a Ledes client on Arrangement 2 screen?

    thanks for your reply.

    after i select the client i want from "client selection," press "okay," and then click "export", i get an error mesage telling me: "there were no clients that matched the criteria to export."

    I did notice that i did not have it selected as an ledes client on the arrangement 2 screen. i went in and changed that setting and tried to export the bill again, but was given the same error message.
