Timeslip 2011 TS Remote

Hello Everybody

This is my Timeslip setup: One full license on a laptop; main data on server; remote access from another laptop. It has been working wonderfully. Now the remote computer when trying to exchange slips with main data shows an error code, then the following appears
(Thu Aug 21 10:35:14 UTC-0400 2014)

Address: Exception tbDEDDatabase ExceptionC in moduel TSRemote.exe at 003BB627

Somebody can help? I have two additional questions:

1. Would this be solve if I migrate to 2014 or 2015.?

2. Is 2014 or 2015 compatible with XP?

I would appreciate any help.

You are using Timeslips Remote? Timeslips remote has been discontinued. I would not expect an upgrade to solve a problem like this. Timeslips v2014 was supported on Windows XP, v2015 is not. However, Windows XP is no longer supported by Microsoft.

You are using Timeslips Remote? Timeslips remote has been discontinued. I would not expect an upgrade to solve a problem like this. Timeslips v2014 was supported on Windows XP, v2015 is not. However, Windows XP is no longer supported by Microsoft.

Actually, Timeslips has not been supported on the obsolete Windows XP platform since Timeslips 2013.

Timeslips Remote is replaced by Sage Timeslips eCenter and is a web based product on a subscription fee basis.
