In generate bills, click on Options. There is an option regarding a summary worksheet (sorry, don't have exact words). That should be unchecked.
You advice worked when printing a bill from Bills/Generate Bills..But when I print a bill from " billing Assistant" the problem still exists...Any thoughts would be appreciated

When you made the change in Generate Bills did you save it? You should be able to get to the same options button from wtihin Billing Assistant - Generate Bills.
