Aged A/R Balances report stops at "N"

The Aged A/R Balances report that we run monthly, usually with no problems, now includes clients up through a certain client beginning with "N."  The remaining clients - those with names farther down in the alphabet -  are skipped.  We have not changed the report template or criteria.  Any suggestions?  Thanks!   We use TS 2015 with both service releases installed.

    The first thing that comes to mind is to be sure your filters for this report are accurate.  In fact, for this particular report, I would not recommend applying any filters.

    I would also recommend doing a backup and then data verification only "looking for errors" just toe see if there is anything obviously wrong with your database.

    Thank you.   After posting my question, I determined by trial and error that the report would run to conclusion if I used a filter to exclude a certain client having a name beginning with "N."  No other filters are applied to this report.  I will do as you suggest and use data verification to look for errors.  I have never run data verification on our database.  I suspect there will be a problem with the culprit "N" client's data.
