I know you can produce several files at once in version 2015, but not sure about earlier versions. Which version do you have?

You can spell check with filters under the Special menu item, then Check Spelling and Grammar.  Just use the Filter option to filter for the client you want to batch spell check.  Note that Prebill Worksheets and Generate Bills both have the Option to run a spell check on the output first as well.

We have 2015 now. I see that you can do several at once, but I need them in separate files, these all print to the same file.

Under Setup | Audit Houses | Double click to open the LEDES1998B audit house settings | Second line should allow you to flip between exporting to one file or separate files | Once you switch to separate, it will ask you how to name the file so you can tell them apart.
