Timeslips won't open

Help!!! This has never happened to me. I am working on a laptop with a single installation of Timeslips v. 2014 on a Windows 8 laptop. I had the computer on earlier today, then shut it down (not even in Timeslips) and when I turned it on and tried to go to Timeslips, I get this error:

The installation file Timeslip.CFG needs to be located before continuing. What the heck happened?

What Timeslip.CFG file am I suppose to choose to locate this, this is crazy!

Thanks for your help as always!

You are looking for a file called "Timeslip.cfg". If everything is on your computer then it will be in whatever directory Timeslips is installed in.

Thanks Caren, I can locate the file when I am not trying to log into Timeslips, however when I try to log in to Timeslips and it wants to redirect me to where the file is located I cannot find it....hmmmm. It is located on the C: drive and I go to program files and find Timeslips. When I click that I only see the yellow folders with Data01, etc. Nothing below that to find TimeslipsCFG. I am stumped!!!

    What causes this to happen???
