Help diagnosing TimeSlip Error Code: 11

Hi,

I'm a new user looking for some assistance with a Timeslips error.

I have a client that is having problems opening their timeslips DB. They called me in today to take a look and I tried to run the verification to correct the error.

Here are the details of the error on the screen:

Version: 11.0.0.18

Table: General Settings

Record: 10

Field: Settings

BDE Code: 0

Area: Table

Code: 11

Based on some reading I tried deleting the necessary .net and .lck folders but that hasn't resolved the issue.

The dberrlog.txt file has similar to above but also included the following:

"Attempted to read corrupted data. Use the repair Errors option in Data Verification to attempt a repair"

Any help would be appreciated

There or tools that we use to fix it which you do not have and I cannot give to you. They involve tools that open up and read the internals of the database
