You have to turn on the ledes option on the client.  Beyond that it is hard to give advice on this in this forum in less you can narrow down the error and specify an error. sorry I don't know what a ledes addin is.  nothing in timeslips tells me I have to purchase anything additional to make this work.

In order to create ledes bills you need an electronic billing add on. You can tell if you gave it when you go to bills. Is there a listing for ledes? If not you can look in features enabled and see if it there. Otherwise you will have to purchase and you might then want help in setting it up.
