Daily Disconnect - TimeSlips 2015 - Cannot Access Directory (9219)

I have one user on Windows 8.1 (other users on Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 are not having this issue).

After having TimeSlips open and not using for an hour or two, he tries to do something with TimeSlips and gets the above mentioned error. It happens about once a day for him usually in the afternoon at 4pm (probably because of his usage habits).

I don't see any strange events in the Event Viewer around this time or the hours before. Any ideas on how to troubleshoot and what may be causing this?

Elan go to the properties of the network card and then power management and make sure Windows can't put the card to sleep.  Also, there is a default database timeout setting in Timeslips of one hour that can be adjusted in the Station Administrator tool in the Timeslips program group.  Options menu and then change timeout settings.  It is also possible there are lock files on this system.  Search this forum for those topics or document ID 14486 in the knowledge base should give guidance.
