LEDES 1998 function not included in 2014 upgrade

This is just interminable. Several people have graciously helped me with a couple of workarounds.  But now I have a new problem.

I have to use LEDES 1998 for my clients.

I had 2011 and that was included -- I finally upgraded to 2014 and lo and behold the "upgrade" doesn't include that feature. Apparently I have to pay more money for a system that I used to have for free.


More important --- it took me forever to install all the proper codes etc in the fees and expenses to match up with LEDES format when I did it in 2011 version.

If I buy the LEDES upgrade for 2014, will I have to reenter all that stuff?

    Ledes was never "included" to the best of my knowledge.  If you have purchase documentation, you should have no problem contacting customer service and getting a code to re-enable Ledes in your system.  Please do note that Ledes may have changed significantly since your purchase and there may be a charge to acquire the current version of the add-in.  The codes you mention should still be in your database as activity and reference codes.
