Bills are missing details

Timeslips 2015 - Generating and printing bills was working fine for months. Last month it started having a problem. Out of the blue, when bills are printed they do not show any work details (ie 1/1/15 - 30 minute phone call, 1/15/15- 2 hour meeting, etc). The bills just show the balance due. If the user does a reprint of a client bill, the work details appear on the bill.  It is only when the user generates and prints bills for all of the clients that the work details doesn't show up. Generating Bills Report Options the following are checked...

Review proof and revision stage bills first.

Release slips marked hold.

Matching envelopes and labels.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

This may be an issue with the Generate Bills template itself.

While in the Generate Bills section click on the right side "Clear to Default Filters" and re-add all clients and dates you will be billing that run. If you re-use a generate template it may have an error in it which won't come up if they search for database corruption. In display mode it may look fine, but won't show up if you print the bills to PDF.

    Hope that helps!

Thank you for your post. I will have the timekeeper give this a try. She is new and she is struggling with the program.

It is not unusual for a new user who has had little or no training to have trouble with either Under-Approving or Over-Approving the billing.

Also, it sounds like it 'might' be a Filter, not an Option that is your problem here, but really hard to say without remoting in and looking at it.

    Hope this helps.
