Take a look at the replenishment feature in the help file. If that is setup properly, you should be able to send another bill that shows no current charges but does request the funds replenishment you are looking for. Good luck!
I agree with Allen. You have to be using Client Funds accounts.
Open Client Information for this client -- switch to the Client Funds page -- double click on the Funds Account you want to replenish -- set up the "falls below" field and the "replenishment to" field. Now print a bill for this client to display to see the results.
Thank you so much!!!!!!!!!!!!! Would you by chance know a funds report that would tell me how much the client needs to replenish? I know the reports show how much they have, but we need a report that shows how much they owe.
I agree with Allen. A custom report is the way to go. If you create a new user-defined client detail listing, you could add columns for client Nickname, Replenish Minimum, Funds Balance, and Replenish To. If you had the will, you could create your own calculated field that was something like (Replenish To - Balance) to estimate how much they need to replenish. Or you could just export the report to Excel to add formulas and logic to it. Good luck!
