Time entered not saving when timeslips is open on two computers

SOLVED

We are using Timeslips 2016. I have windows 10, the other paralegal has Windows 8.1 and the database is on a third computer with Windows 10

I was working on generating a bill at the same time as the other paralegal was entering slips, and half of the slips she entered have disappeared. They don't show up in the bills for the clients involved, or in the Time and Expenses list, either by date or by ID - All.

    Sounds like you are working in different databases. The path to the database is in the lower left when you open Timeslips. Compare the paths and let us know. The other possibility is a network connectivity issue but since you didn't receive errors the first is more likely.
