Need to get rid of a blank second page in bill layout

I have revised a layout for a one page, one time retainer invoice and I can't figure out how to get rid of the second page, which is blank.

There's probably some extra space in the footer, or something in the layout that says put a new page or blank spaces after a section. You can try making the footer smaller and see if that helps. If not, then you have to look at the sections to see where there might be something triggering a few extra lines or a new page.
