Bought an additional license of Timeslips 2016. How do I increase the amount of licenses so that all end users can sign on? Got a receipt but no activation code. Thank you.
I have a customer who is using Timeslips 13 from remote desktops and it seems like every time they close TS, it holds on to their session and we have to clear the licenses for the whole group. We cannot do this until everybody is off of TS which is usually…
