Save time with the Sage Customer Portal!

Do you know about the Sage Customer Portal1?

Save time when you need to:

  • Add or update your credit card information
  • Find your activation codes
  • Register your product
  • Create and manage support cases
  • Connect to the knowledgebase and Sage community in Sage City

Adding and updating your credit card information is key to keeping your renewal process smooth and avoiding your program going into read-only mode. Using the customer portal, you can do it in 5 minutes or less!

If you already have an account, here’s a reminder on how to access it:

  1. Go to https://customers.sagenorthamerica.com/
  2. Select Log On at the top right of the page
  3. Enter your Username and Password in the Customer Portal Log On section
  4. Click Log On
