Getting Error while adding Customer with Contacts.

Question

Hi All, 
 I am getting error (AIN~ ~COR~(C) ~Field CPYCRY : Countries : US Record does not exists) while importing data in Sage X3 for customer with contact tab using web service. 
 If I am not passing Contact tab in XML it works. 
 Anyone know about this error and Is there any validation applying for create contacts? 
 Please help me if anyone knowing about. It's very urgent.

Hi SF, 
 This error is documented in the knowledgebase as article ID 80464. It is caused by a bad web service call and we will handle it better in a future release.

Cause

The adonix.exe has crashed due to a previous bad web service call. There is still record that this PID exists. 
 When a new call is made we use a round robin algorithm to make a request. Depending on how many child process nodes you have running it may take longer to notice, but once we attempt to make a call using the PID that no longer exists we will see "protocol error: 3 bytes missing."

Resolution

In a production environment you should not be sending bad web service calls. You should fix the web service call. 
 This will be handled better in a future version of Sage X3 (Syracuse).

A workaround in the case that we start receiving the protocol error: 
 
 Go to Administration, ADMINISTRATION, Servers, Hosts 
 Click on Edit (pencil icon) of the desired host 
 Change the Number of Web service child processes to 0. 
 Press TAB and click Save 
 Click Edit 
 Change the Number of Web service child processes to the desired value. 
 Press TAB and click Save 
 
 Note: It may take a couple of minutes for the web service nodes to be recreated.

There is some new information today. There is now an available hotfix which has been attached to KB ID 80464. You will need to login to knowledgebase to download the file. You will also need to republish your web services.
