Hello,

We have been facing this issue with X3 V7, when we tried to test web services with web serivce tester this is the error it threw "BLOK,Can't send the action [1077,SRV_CALLREMOTESPGM,53,ACK_CALL,remote Call], the server is disconnected."

We ensured

1) The user has admin rights and a folder user than just Syracuse user

2) The user has permission to access web services

3) Pool is up and running

4) and web service is published.

and this happens repetitively, and when ever this happens had to restart TOMCAT to make this working. 

Can somebody kindly help us this regard.
