When and if I join, will I have access to more templates, or be able to import my own?
My services take many days, and I need to be able to itemize by the day a service was preformed. I wont be purchasing if this is not an option. l will not be purchasing if this is not an option. I dislike that I am not able to ask directly.

Thanks for reaching out. This article outlines what you can customize on invoices in Sage Accounting and Accounting Start US editions. The template invoices can be modified. It's not possible to import your own templates as per this article on what is allowed (*mostly just csv data can be imported and your logo*). Will try to get more details on this, in case there's any changes coming.
We have this video which details the process for adding invoice line items. Checking with the team on whether there's a maximum for the number of rows / line items that can be added to an invoice. You should be able to modify / update the invoice as you need until it's finalized.
