• If you're not yet a Dev partner, it is best to sign / set up a Sage Business Cloud Accounting developer account at https://developer.sage.com/api/accounting/quick_start_guide/

The Developer Services team provides support for professionals working with the Sage Business Cloud Accounting API. The team is UK based and support is available via email Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm excluding UK public holidays.
