Sage account payment issue - contact email??

I received an email message from Sage Collections (noreply address) that I have to update my credit card account information. When I follow the link, I get the following message:

I've looked all over the Sage site for an email address or phone number to contact support, but all I get is:

    Thanks for reaching out. We've noticed that the "Chat with an expert" button can take a moment to load, it is also subject to availability based on whether there is an available agent.

    I've forwarded your comments to the team at [email protected], most of the team is on the July 4th holiday. Are you able to log into your account? If the account is locked, they can unlock it. Once you're able to get in, here's the steps to take to update the card:

    1. Log in your Sage Accounting  Account
    2. Click drop down next to Company name, click Manage Business Account
    3. Click Manage my Subscription
    4. Click Manage Payment methods, and make sure to Replace (Not update)
    5. Re-enter the same bank card information, and click Save

    This will trigger billing system to resume processing payments on your account. If you have questions please don’t hesitate, let us know we will be more than happy to assist you.
