Authentication Error when trying to get new access token

Hello,

  I am trying to execute some Sage Accounting APIs from Postman. I downloaded the Postman Collection from the website. I am following instructions in this site (https://developer.sage.com/accounting/quick-start/create-your-first-request/) and I am getting an "Authentication Error" (please see below for the full error message). Can someone help me understand if I am doing something wrong. Thanks

    Hi ,

    Thanks for reaching out. Did you email the team at [email protected]?

    Whenever I've come across the Authentication Error EC02, the following helps:

    • The Chrome browser tends to have a caching issue, is this what you're using? You can use Edge, or do a hard clean on your chrome cache by selecting the "ALL time" time range option. Here's a screenshot of what to look for:
    •  For the MS Edge browser, it is also recommended to have cache and cookies cleared everytime you close the browser.  Input the following into your URL address bar as a shortcut Point rightedge://settings/privacy

    Thank you for your response. I am not using a browser like Chrome, Edge, etc. when trying to get the new Access Token. But trying to get it from within Postman. i.e. Postman launches a window/popup where I enter my username and password.
