As a suggestion, you may want to review the "Mark as paid" settings for your relevant client under "Company Contacts" in AutoEntry. This could potentially resolve the issue with payments not posting.

There are no bills being paid. I'm bringing in payments through the banking window as "Other Payments". I have not heard anything yet from support. I live and work in AZ which doesn't go on DST, so by the time I get home, it's already after 8:00 Eastern. I'm really disappointed in the lack of response. I use Sage Cloud accounting in my office job and have never had an issue accepting transactions brought into Sage via AutoEntry. 

I have not heard a word yet and the problem is getting worse - please help!
