Bank Feed Linking

SUGGESTED

I have PNC Bank and it appears that I can only select one type of account i.e. Checking, Saving or credit. I can't seem to be able to link all three of them ?

Anyone else have the same issue ? or am I doing something wrong ?

Thanks

    Hi  ,

Thanks for reaching out with your question regarding linking multiple bank accounts in Sage Accounting. I understand you're having trouble connecting your Checking, Savings, and Credit accounts from PNC Bank all at once.

    Here's what you can do:

    1. Set Up Each Bank Account Separately: Go to the Banking tab and click on "Connect Bank" at the bottom of the frame for each bank account type you want to connect.
    2. Search for Your Bank: Use the search bar to find PNC Bank. If you encounter issues or your bank isn't listed, you can use the "Tell us about it" link to request a partnership with your bank.
    3. Accept Terms and Conditions: Read and accept the terms and conditions, then enter your Online Banking Credentials. The synchronization process may take a few seconds.
    4. Transaction Download: After synchronization, specify the date from which you need bank transactions downloaded. Remember, bank feeds can go back up to 90 days. For older transactions, you'll need to manually import your bank statement.
    5. Switch Between Multiple Accounts: Once you have set up several bank feeds from multiple accounts, you can switch between these accounts from the "Incoming Bank transactions" window. This feature allows you to manage all your bank feeds without going back to the Summary Screen.

Remember, Sage bank feeds are powered by Yodlee and Plaid, both certified in internationally-recognized security standards.

If you still encounter difficulties, or if this doesn't resolve your issue, please let us know. We're here to help guide you through the process or suggest other resources and steps that might be helpful.

    Warm Regards,
    Erzsi
