1. Until 30 March 2024, log a query on the Online Query Logging Platform by opening the following link:

In your query, request to be subscribed to the monthly newsletter (and perhaps to be sent the March 2024 edition).

Of course, please confirm all e-mail addresses (if more than one)  that should be included in your subscription. 

2. From 31 March 2024, all query logging, including the subscription request, occurs as follows:

   a) Log in to the Sage Portal (https://portal.sage.co.za/accounting)

   b) Go to the Support | Log a Query (New) menu.

  c) Continue logging your new query.
